Blind hiring, without the black marker
Reviewers should judge experience, not a name. Sanipage reads each CV on your Mac and swaps the candidate's details for codes, so the shortlist is fair and the file can also go to an AI for a first read.
What is hidden
- The candidate's name, everywhere it appears, including file names
- Email address and phone number
- Home address and postcode
- Profile links such as LinkedIn or a personal website
What stays readable
Employers, schools and universities, job titles, dates and skills. These are what a reviewer needs. Sanipage lists every organisation it left in place on each file, so you can check none of them is the candidate's own business.
Word and PDF CVs
CVs in Word and PDF keep their layout, with codes where the details were. A scanned PDF comes out as plain text. When you have chosen who to interview, Sanipage puts the real names back in one step, from codes only it knows.
Private by design
Everything happens on your Mac. No CV, name or file name is ever sent to us.
How to start
Create a project in Sanipage and tick CV mode. Drop CVs into its Input folder and collect the coded copies from the Sanitised side.
