Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Sanipage, made by NRGies in the United Kingdom.

Trial and subscription

You get seven days free from the first file you code. After that, coding new files needs a Solo or Team subscription, billed monthly or yearly until you cancel. Prices are shown plus VAT or local tax.

Restoring is always free

If your trial or subscription ends, you can still restore real names in files you have already coded. We will never lock you out of your own documents.

Your responsibility

Sanipage finds and replaces client details automatically and holds anything it is unsure about for you to check. No automatic tool is perfect. You remain responsible for checking a file before you give it to an AI service, and for your professional duties of confidentiality.

Licence

Solo covers one person on up to two Macs. Team covers each paid person on up to two Macs. You may not resell or share licence keys.

Cancelling

Cancel any time with Manage subscription in the app. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Liability

Sanipage is provided as it is. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
