Use AI on client files, without naming the client
Contracts, reports on title, client letters and completion statements are full of names and addresses. Sanipage reads each file on your Mac and swaps those details for codes such as SP-p1, so the AI can help with the drafting without ever learning who your client is.
What is coded
- Clients, other parties and their solicitors, everywhere they appear, including file names
- Addresses and postcodes, email addresses and phone numbers
- Matter, title and account references
Real names back, tracked changes kept
When the AI's version comes back, Sanipage puts the real details back in one step. Edits made in Word return as tracked changes under your own name, ready to accept or reject. Excel and PowerPoint files keep their layout, and numbers in a sheet are never changed.
Checked before it goes
Every coded file is read back before the AI can see it. If a name is still there, or a word might be one, the file waits for you to decide.
One project per matter
Keep each matter in its own numbered project, on your Mac only or in a folder you share with a colleague. Putting real names back always works, even after a subscription ends.
Redacting for good
For a subject access request or a disclosure, a Redaction project removes the details you pick for good instead of coding them. More on GDPR subject access request redaction
Private by design
Everything happens on your Mac. No document, name or file name is ever sent to us.
