Use AI on confidential files, then get the real names back
Sanipage is the go-between for your files and an AI. Before a document reaches the AI, every name, address and reference is swapped for a code. When the AI's version comes back, the real details are put back in.
How it works
- Drop a file into a project's Input folder on the Original side
- Sanipage codes it, for example Jane Smith becomes SP-p1, and puts the coded copy on the Sanitised side for the AI
- The AI saves its edits to the Sanitised Output folder
- Sanipage puts the real details back and returns the file to the Original side
What is coded
People and organisations, addresses and postcodes, email addresses, phone numbers, bank details and references, including in file names. You can add names it should always code, and words it should leave alone.
Tracked changes kept
Edits the AI makes in Word come back as tracked changes under your own name, ready to accept or reject. Excel and PowerPoint files keep their layout, and numbers in a sheet are never changed.
Checked before it goes
Every coded file is read back before the AI can see it. If a name is still there, or a word might be one, the file waits for you to decide.
Restoring is never locked
Putting real names back always works, even after a trial or subscription ends. The codes are kept only on your Mac.
