Privacy policy

Sanipage is made by NRGies in the United Kingdom. This page explains what we collect, and more importantly what we never collect.

Your documents

Sanipage works on your Mac. Your documents, file names, folder paths and the names and details inside them are never sent to us. The table that links codes to real names stays in your Original folder.

The licence check

About once a day the app checks your licence with our licence service. It sends only your licence key, a random ID for this installation and the app version. When you subscribe, it also sends the plan you picked.

Payments

UK buyers pay through Stripe. Buyers elsewhere pay through Lemon Squeezy, which sells to you as the seller of record. They collect your name, email, address and card details under their own privacy policies. We receive your email address and subscription status so we can issue and manage your licence. We never see your full card number.

This website

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts are served from our own server. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep licence and payment records for as long as UK tax law needs. You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, by emailing [email protected].

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can access, correct or delete your personal data, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
