Use AI on fact finds and suitability reports, without naming the client
Fact finds, suitability reports and annual reviews are full of personal and financial details. Sanipage reads each file on your Mac and swaps them for codes such as SP-p1, so an AI can help with the drafting without learning who your client is.
What is coded
- Clients, their family and their employers, everywhere they appear, including file names

Everyday advice words left alone
Words such as Suitability Report, Attitude to Risk, Drawdown, Annual Review or Letter of Authority are never mistaken for names, so the AI still understands the document.
Real names back, figures untouched
When the AI's draft comes back, the real details are put back in one step, with Word tracked changes kept. Numbers in a spreadsheet, such as fund values and cash flow figures, are never changed.
