Use AI on claim files, without naming the claimant

Claim notes, engineer reports, witness statements and settlement letters name claimants, third parties and their vehicles. Sanipage swaps those details for codes on your Mac, so an AI can summarise and draft without seeing who is involved.

What is coded

Claims words left alone

Words such as Policyholder, Loss Adjuster, Subrogation, Credit Hire or Total Loss are never mistaken for names, so the AI still reads the file properly.

Real names back when the draft returns

The AI's summary or letter comes back with codes; Sanipage puts the real details back in one step, with Word tracked changes kept.

Where your files land

  1. Original1-InputYou drop the file in
  2. Original2-SanitisedCoded and read back; waits here if anything looks wrong
  3. Sanitised1-InputThe AI reads the coded copy
  4. Sanitised2-OutputThe AI saves its edits
  5. Original4-RevertReal names back, tracked changes kept
Your original is kept in Original/1-Input/Done, and the AI's coded version in Original/3-Output. Original is private to you; an AI only ever sees the Sanitised side.

Subject access requests

When a customer asks for their data, a Redaction project removes the details you pick for good. The files never go to the Sanitised side. More on GDPR subject access request redaction

  1. Original1-InputYou drop the documents in
  2. Original2-SanitisedYou pick what to redact; each file is read back and held
  3. Original5-RedactedApproved files, redacted for good, ready to send
Redacted files never go to the Sanitised side or to an AI, and nothing is restored. Original/Redaction-log.csv records what was redacted, by code and count.

Private by design

Everything happens on your Mac. No document, name or file name is ever sent to us.
